Hotels

• Hotel: TownePlace Suites in Elk Grove, CA

• Full kitchen, free buffet/American breakfast, fitness center, free parking

• Room options:

  • 2 Queens: $300 total- for 4 people ($75), 3 people ($100)

    • 12 rooms available 

  • 1 King + 1 Sofa bed: $279 total

    • 3 rooms available

Food

  • Breakfast: Free at hotel

  • Lunch: Pizza from CCC- details and payment TBD

  • Dinner: Small groups, pay amongst yourselves

  • Main group arrives for qualifiers: 9:15 am

  • Qualifiers all day, workshops

• Sunday, 10/29

  • Venue opens: 8 am

  • More qualifiers

  • Alliance selection: 11:30 am

  • Playoffs: 1:00-4:30 pm  

  • Venue closes: 6 pm
